So far, I am extremely satisfied. The computer arrived on time, and although the outer box had only some brown stuffed in on top, the computer itself was very well packaged in a sturdy box with foam inserts. Condition was perfect. I wanted a touchscreen because am so used to them in my Kindles. The touchscreen on this HP is very responsive, as is the entire keyboard.
